Your order’s security is very important to us. That is why we use the PostNL verification code for valuable shipments. This additional security measure ensures that parcels are only handed over to the correct recipient.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a unique 3-digit verification code from PostNL by e-mail. Once the delivery driver arrives, you simply provide this code. The parcel can only be delivered when the correct code is given, significantly reducing the risk of loss, theft, or incorrect delivery.
Please therefore always make sure that the e-mail address entered with your order is correct. The verification code is sent directly by PostNL to your e-mail address. If you have not received a code or if the code is incorrect, the parcel will be safely redirected to a PostNL collection point, where you can usually collect it the next day using the same verification code.
This service is only available in The Netherlands and Belgium.
